The Haggis is a famous Scottish dish.
Traditionally consumed at the Burns dinner every January 25, the day that commemorates the Scottish national poet Robert Burns



Bakewell Cake is a jam pie with an egg filling and almond pricked, that has it’s origin in the city of Bakewell, in the county of Derbyshire.


Toad in the hole is a traditional English dish comprising sausages in Yorkshire pudding, usually served with vegetables and gravy.


The shepherd's pie is a traditional British plate; it has in a cap of lamb and covered with mash of potato and optionally of a cap of cheese. Also it is possible to do it with veal and some vegetables.



Little Roasted Spaniards (small porks)arose after Maria I death, in representation of the death of many Catholics in bonfires. After a time they gave up eating.
