In our opinion ...
- Regarding the customs, they are very different from Spain. What stands out most is the dinner, there it is a ritual while here it is something normal and everyday.
- Regarding the meals they are more consistent, often rich in fat but there are also healthy foods such as vegetables, fruits etc ...
